1. The feeding of the oil press cannot be interrupted. If the feeding time is too long, the blanks in the press chamber will become very hard and cannot be squeezed out from the cake outlet. If the feeding is continued, the chamber will be damaged. The press cage should be disassembled, the accumulated materials should be removed, and the machine should be restarted.

2. If the machine is restarted after stopping for a period of time and the cake plate cannot be turned or is difficult to turn, this part must be removed, the oil stains are removed, the cleaning and installation are completed, and the machine can be restarted.

3. If a large amount of slag is found on the press cage during operation, it means that the press bar here has been severely worn or broken. The press cage must be disassembled and the press bar must be replaced. When installing the press bar, its edges and corners should be along the direction of rotation of the screw shaft. In order to make the pressing plate compact and flat, special press bars can be used when installing the last few press bars.

4. The slag cage should be cleaned before starting. When disassembling the press cage, a cover plate can be placed on the slag cage to prevent hard cakes from falling into the cage.

5. When disassembling the calibration mechanism or replacing the screw bushing, it is difficult to remove due to the oil stains. You can use a copper rod to knock it out. Do not hammer it directly to avoid damaging the parts. If it cannot be knocked out, the entire screw shaft can be baked on a weak fire to make the oil stains carbonized and easy to remove. The baking temperature should not be too high to avoid annealing of the surface of the parts.

6. Pay attention to the following points in maintenance:

A. All lubrication points such as oil cups and oil eyes should be refueled at least once a day.

B. The lubricating oil in the reducer can be completely discharged, filtered or replaced during each overhaul.

C. Under normal use, this equipment should be overhauled once a year, disassembled, cleaned and overhauled.
